Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of UnsubFast. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

The service

UnsubFast helps you find and unsubscribe from email subscriptions in your connected Gmail account, and optionally clean up the existing backlog. You are responsible for the actions you initiate through the service.

Accounts

• You must use a valid Google account to sign in.
• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs under it.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your region.

Billing

Paid plans are billed through our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. The 7-day pass is a one-time charge granting full access for seven days. Recurring plans renew until cancelled. You can cancel a recurring plan at any time, and it will not renew for the next period.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful purposes.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.
• Do not use the service to access accounts you do not own.

Disclaimers

UnsubFastis provided “as is.” Unsubscribe success depends on each sender honoring unsubscribe requests, which is outside our control. We do not guarantee that every unsubscribe will be processed by the sender.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UnsubFast is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
