Questions, answered
Everything you need to know about cleaning your inbox with UnsubFast.
How does UnsubFast unsubscribe me?
We scan your inbox to group subscriptions by sender, then use the unsubscribe method each sender supports — RFC 8058 one-click, mailto, or an HTTP link. We try them in order so more unsubscribes actually succeed.
Is it safe to connect my Gmail?
Yes. You sign in with Google's official OAuth — we never see or store your password. We request the minimum scopes needed, encrypt access tokens at rest, and you can disconnect anytime, which removes our access immediately.
Do you read or sell my emails?
No. We only read the message headers needed to group senders and process unsubscribes. We do not read your personal mail, and we never sell or share your data.
What does it cost?
Start with a one-time $15 pass that gives you full access for 7 days — perfect for a deep clean. If you want to stay tidy long-term, we offer $10/month and $80/year recurring plans.
Will unsubscribing delete my existing emails?
Only if you ask it to. Unsubscribing just stops future emails. Cleaning up the existing backlog (archive or label) is a separate, optional action you control per sender.
Which email providers do you support?
UnsubFast supports Gmail and Google Workspace accounts today. Support for other providers is on our roadmap.
Can I get a refund?
If UnsubFast didn't work for you, reach out within your 7-day pass window and we'll make it right. Billing is handled by Dodo Payments as our Merchant of Record.
